4 oz. grits
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. butter
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 tbs. milk
1/4 tsp. Colgin Apple Liquid Smoke
salt and pepper to taste
Cook grits according to package directions.
Combine milk, liquid smoke, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix with shredded cheese. Add butter to grits. Transfer 1/2 of grits to baking dish and top with cheese. Repeat layer. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
