CORN and SAUSAGE BAKE

serves 4

6 Italian sausages, cut into 1/2 inch slices
2 cups whole kernel corn
1/2 shredded cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1/2 cup chopped tomato
3/4 cup crushed corn chips
4 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. curry powder
2 tbs butter
1/8 tsp. Colgin Pecan Liquid Smoke
salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter in saucepan, brown sausages, add
onions,peppers, tomatoes, liquid smoke, cream
cheese,curry powder, corn, salt and pepper. Mix well. Simmer on low heat 5-10 minutes. Transfer to baking dish; add shredded cheese and top with corn chips, bake in oven at 350 degrees for 10-20 minutes.
