SHRIMP SUPREME

serves 6

2 lbs. shrimp, cooked and peeled
2 cups cooked rice
2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese
1 [10oz.] can shrimp soup
1/2 can water
1 cup chopped green onions
1-2 drops Colgin Pecan Liquid Smoke
salt and pepper to taste

In saucepan heat soup, water, liquid smoke,
salt and pepper. In bowl combine shrimp, rice
and onions. Transfer to baking dish. Pour soup
over shrimp and rice. Top with cheese. Bake in
oven at 350 degrees 20-30 minutes.
