HAM AND GREEN PEA SOUP

1 1/2 cups chopped cooked ham
1 cup green peas, drained
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup beef broth
2 cups half-half
1/2 cup white wine
1-2 dropd Colgin Pecan Liquid Smoke
salt and pepper to taste

In soup pot combine all ingredients, simmer on
low heat 30-45 minutes.
