CORNED BEEF AND CABBAGE

serves 6
3 lb. corned beef
2 cups sliced carrots
2 cups sliced white onions
2 cups sliced potatoes
3 cups sliced cabbage
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tso. Colgin Hickory Liquid Smoke
salt and pepper to taste
2 1/2 cups water

Cut beef into cubes, place in crockpot with
water, liquid smoke, garlic, salt and pepper.
Cook on high 2-3 hours. Add the remaining
ingredients to crockpot, simmer on low heat
over night.
