BEEF AND HOMINY CASSEROLE

serves 6

1 lb. ground chuck beef
1 [14oz.] can hominy,drained
1 cup chopped white onions
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup crushed potato chips
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. Colgin Pecan Liquid Smoke
salt and pepper to taste

In skillet brown beef with liquid smoke, add
onions, peppers, garlic,oregano, salt and pepper. Drain. Add tomato sauce and hominy simmer 5 minutes. Transfer to baking dish and top with crushed potato chips, Bake oven at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
