CHILI CASSEROLE

serves 6

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
8-10 tortillas
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 [14oz.] can chili
1/2 cup water
1 [8oz.] can tomato sauce
1 [14oz] can kidney beans
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 drops Colgin Hickory Liquid Smoke
salt and pepper to taste

In skillet brown meat with onions, liquid smoke, salt and pepper. Drain off fat. In sauce pan combine chili, water and tomato sauce. Layer tortillas in botton of 9×12 baking dish. Add meat to tortillas, spoon beans on tortillas, pour chili over tortillas
and top with cheese. Repeat layers. Bake in
oven at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
