CORN AND BEEF CASSEROLE

serves 4

2 {12oz] cans whole kernel corn
1 lb. ground chuck beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 drops Colgin Liquid Smoke
salt and pepper to taste

In skillet brown beef, add liquid smoke, garlic, onions, celery, salt and pepper. Drain. Add remaining ingredients to beef, Transfer to baking dish. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
