SWEET POTATO BISCUITS # 2

makes 10-12 biscuits

2 cups flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 cup butter, melted
1 cup cooked,mashed sweet potatoes
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1-2 drops Colgin Pecan Liquid Smoke

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Knead
lightly. Roll 1/2 thick on floured board.
Cut biscuits with cutter. Place on baking dish.
Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 20-30.
