MIKE’S HOMEADE SMOKY SALSA

Number of Servings: Makes 3 (16oz.) jars

Ingredients:
4 large tomatoes chopped and drained
¾ cup corn
1 bell peppers, chopped
3, 6 or 10 hot peppers seeded and chopped (# and type depending on which temperature you desire)
1 large onion, chopped
2 teaspoon olive oil
4 large cloves of garlic minced
1 teaspoon cumin
½ cup fresh cilantro chopped
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 lime juice
2 teaspoon brown sugar
2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
½ small can tomato paste
½ teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL LIQUID SMOKE

Instructions:
All you have to do is saute the onion and garlic in oil in a large skillet until tender. Then add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes. Cool and serve.
