1 lb. ground turkey
1[10oz.]can mushroom soup
1/2 cup chopped green onions
3 cups sliced potatoes
3/4 cup milk
8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
2 drops Colgin Pecan Liquid Smoke
salt and pepper to taste
In skillet brown sausage with liquid smoke.
Drain. Combine soup, milk,onions,peppers, salt
and peppers in sauce pan,simmer on low heat
5 minutes. Spray baking dish with cooking spray. Layer potatoes on bottom of dish. Add
turkey, top with sauce. Repeat layers. Bake in
oven at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven and top with cheese. Return to oven and
bake 10-15 minutes.
