CREAMY POTATO AND CABBAGE SOUP

serves 6

Ingredients:
3 medium white potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 cups shredded cabbage
2 cups chicken broth
¼ cup chopped celery
¼ cup shredded carrots
¼ cup chopped onions
1 cup half and half
¼ teaspoon basil
1/8 teaspoon COLGIN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
In saucepan combine chicken broth with potatoes, Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.  Place 1 cup potatoes in blender, add milk, mix until smooth, return to saucepan, stir in remaining ingredients, Simmer 5-10 minutes.
