CROCK-POT BEAN SOUP

serves 6

Ingredients:
1 lb. dried navy beans
2 cups cooked ham, diced
½ cup onion, chopped
½ teaspoon ground garlic
½ cup celery, chopped
1 teaspoon cilantro
1 cup half & half
6 cups water
¼ teaspoon COLGIN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Soak beans overnight in water; drain. Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low heat 8-10 hours or over night.
