PITA BURGERS

serves 4

1/2 lb. ground turkey
2 pita bread
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup mayonnaise
jalapenos to taste, chopped
2-4 drops Colgin Hickory Liquid Smoke
1/2 tsp. ground garlic
1/4 cup shredded cheese
salt and pepper to taste

In bowl combine meat,smoke,mayonnaise,garlic,
salt and pepper. Fry in skillet 15-20 minutes
or until done. Spoon into pita bread and add
lettuce,tomatoes,cheese and jalapenos
