WHITE BEAN DIP

makes 1-2 cups

14 oz. white beans,drained and rinsed
2 tbs. Italian bread crumbs
4 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
2 tbs. lemon juice
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 drop Colgin Pecan Liquid Smoke
salt and pepper to taste

Process all ingredients, except tomatoes in
food processor until smooth Transfer to bowl
and add tomatoes. Chill 1-2 hours.
