VEAL STEW

serves 4

1 lb.lean veal, cut into cubes
3 cups tomato juice
1 cup beef broth
1/4 cup chopped white onions
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup sliced white potato
1 cup green beans
1/8 tsp.Colgin Pecan Liquid Smoke
1/4 cup butter
salt and pepper to taste

In skillet melt butter and brown veal.Drain.
In soup pot combine all ingredients and simmer on low heat 40-50 minutes.Good over rice.
