ROASTED VEAL

serves 6

3 lbs. veal rib roast
1 tsp.rosemary
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup red wine
1/8 tsp. Colgin Hickory Liquid Smoke
salt and pepper to taste

Combine wine and liquid smoke in baking dish.
Place veal in wine for 30 minutes,turning. Remove and rub veal with combined spices. Place on baking rack and roast at 325 degrees for 35-50 minutes or until done.
