QUICK BEAN DIP

makes 3 cups

16 oz. pinto beans, rinsed and drained
3/4 cup shredded swiss cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup sour cream
jalapeno peppers to taste
2 tsp. chili powder
1 drop Colgin Pecan Liquid Smoke
salt and pepper to taste

Place the beans,sour cream,chili powder,salt,
pepper and liquid smoke in blender, process
until smooth. Transfer to baking dish and top
with cheese,onions and jalapeno peppers. Bake
in oven at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Serve with chips or crackers.
