ROAST BEEF SPREAD

makes 2 cups

12 oz. finely chopped cooked beef
1/3 cup chopped green onion
1/2 tsp. garlic
2 tbs. mayonnaise
1 tbs creole mustard
1 tsp. horseradish
8 oz. cream cheese softened
1 drop Colgin Pecan Liquid Smoke

Place cream cheese in bowl, when softened add
the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Serve
with crackers or bagels.
