1 lb. crawfish tails
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped tomatoes
2 cup fresh whole kernel corn
2 tbs. butter
1/4 cup white wine
2 drops Colgin Apple Liquid Smoke
salt and pepper to taste
In skillet melt butter; add onions, celery,
smoke,salt and pepper. Simmer until onions
are done. Add crawfish,corn, tomatoes and wine.
Simmer 10 minutes. Serve over white rice.
