TACO STEAK

serves 4

2 lbs. beef round steak
4 oz. green chilies,drained
8 oz. taco sauce
3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. Colgin Pecan liquid smoke
salt and pepper to taste

Cut steak into 4 servings. Grill or boil steak
until done. Combine the remaining ingredients
except cheese in sauce pan. Pour over steaks
and bake 10-20 minutes. Add cheese and bake
5 minutes more.
