CRAWFISH AND PASTA

serves 8

2 lbs. crawfish,cooked
10 oz. bow tie pasta,cooked
4 cups half-half
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 cup shredded Parmeasan cheese
2 drops Colgin Pecan Liquid Smoke
salt and pepper to taste

In large bowl combine pasta and crawfish; mix
well. In sauce pan combine the remaining
ingredients, simmer until cheese melts. Pour
over pasta in bowl snd serve.
