SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS

serves 10

1 lb. ground sirloin
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

sauce;
1/3 cup pineapple juice
2/3 cup chili sauce
2/3 cup white wine vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
2 cups pineapple chunks

In large bowl combine beef, worcestershire,
onion powder, garlic powder, egg, bread crumbs,
salt and pepper. Shape into small size meat
balls. Transfer to baking dish and bake in
oven at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Combine
the remaining ingredients in skillet. Bring to
boil and reduce heat. Add meatballs and simmer
on low heat 5-10 minutes.
