CORN CAKE

Ingredients:
1 ½ cups whole kernel corn
½ cup white flour
1 cup wheat flour
½ cup corn meal
2 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoon butter, melted
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon cilantro
1/8 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL APPLE LIQUID SMOKE

Instructions:
Beat eggs, add milk and smoke in large bowl. In another large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, corn meal and sugar. Add flour to egg and milk mixture. Stir in butter, corn and cilantro. Heat large skillet with cooking spray, drop the batter by the ladleful onto hot skillet. Cook on both sides about 1-2 minutes. Serve hot.
