PORK MEATBALLS

Number of Servings: 10 to 12 meatballs

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground pork
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground garlic
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
1 egg, beaten
1 cup bread crumbs or more if needed
1/2 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE
peanut oil

Instructions:
In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except the oil. Shape the mixture into small meat balls. Heat peanut oil in deep-fryer. Fry the meat balls until they are done.
