PORK CHOPS AND APPLES

Ingredients:
4 boneless pork chops
2 small Granny Smith Apples
1 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon brown sugar
½ teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL APPLE LIQUID SMOKE

Instructions:
In large skillet melt butter, over low heat. Add apples and sprinkle with sugar. Cook until apples have softened, about 3 minutes. Place apples on platter; cover and keep warm. Add pork chops to skillet brown on each side and cook until chops are done. Add chops to platter with apples. In skillet add cornstarch. Gradually stir in broth until cornstarch is dissolved. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes. Spoon sauce over pork chops and apples. Serve warm.
