Ingredients:

1 lb top sirloin no fat, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 and 1/2 cup fat free beef broth
1 medium onion, chopped
2 teaspoon ground garlic
2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1/2 cup dry red wine
1/2 lb white mushrooms
2 cans Rotel tomato
1 can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE
1 lb spaghetti
3 tablespoon flour

Instructions:
Brown cut beef rolled in flour in sprayed skillet with beef broth. Add onions, peppers, celery, and brown. Add tomato paste, brown. Add tomatos. Simmer for 15 minutes, add wine, smoke, mushrooms and spices, and cook until done. Boil spaghetti and drain, run under cold water, spoon beef sauce over spaghetti.
