SMOKED BEAN DINNER

INGREDIENTS:
2 (16 Oz.) cans pork-n-beans
1 (16 Oz.) can kidney beans
1 (16 Oz.) can large lima beans
1lb. ground beef, browned and drained well
6 to 8 strips bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
1 cup ketchup
¼ cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE
3 tablespoon vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat oven to 325°F. Combine and stir the beans, beef, and bacon in large casserole dish, breaking up the ground beef with spoon or fork. In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, liquid smoke and vinegar.Pour over the beans in the casserole and blend well. Bake covered for 1½ hours. Remove cover, stir and bake uncovered for 20 to 30 minutes to brown.
