Ingredients:
4 (4oz.) boneless chicken breast
¼ cup minced green onions
2 tablespoon sesame seeds
1/2 tsp. COLGIN NATURAL LIQUID SMOKE
1 teaspoon grated ginger root
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground red pepper
1 cup sesame oil

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients except the chicken breast. Baste the chicken on both sides. Put the mixture on chicken breast. Place on grill over indirect coals. Grill for 20 to 30 minutes, turning once.
