Ingredients:
1 (16oz.) can red salmon
1 (8oz.) package reduced fat cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoon freshly grated onion
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
¼ teaspoon salt
1/8 tsp COLGIN NATURAL LIQUID SMOKE
¾ chopped pecans
3 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:
French bread baguettes or cocktail-sized dark pumpernickel. Drain salmon. Remove and discard bone and skin. In a food processor or blender, mix together salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt and liquid smoke. Blend until smooth. Turn into quiche dish or crock, spreading evenly. Refrigerate until set. Sprinkle with chopped pecans and parsley. Serve with sliced baguette bread.
