Ingredients:
1 lb peeled shrimp
4 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon chopped onion
4 tablespoon Flour
1/4 tsp. COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE
2 cups milk
2 tablespoon minced parsley
4 tablespoon Ketchup
1 teaspoon Salt
2 cups white rice

Instructions:
Cook onion in butter until soft, add shrimp & brown. Stir in flour, salt and smoke gradually add the milk. Cook 5 minutes. Add ketchup and parsley. Simmer for about 5 more minutes until some of the milk is cooked down. Serve over hot rice.
