SAUSAGE AND CORN SOUP

serves 10-12

2 lbs. cooked Italian sausage,sliced
4 cups whole kernel corn
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green peppers
2 cups chopped tomatoes
4 tbs. butter
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 cup chicken broth
1 tsp.basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 drops Colgin Apple Liquid Smoke
salt and pepper to taste

In large sauce pan, melt butter. Cook onions
and peppers until done. Add the remaining
ingredients. Bring to boil. Simmer on low
heat 1-2 hours.
