SHRIMP DIP # 2

makes 2 cups

8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. chopped cooked shrimp
1/4 cup chopped green peppers
2 tbs. mayonnaise
1 hard-cooked egg,chopped
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 drops Colgin Pecan Liquid Smoke
salt and pepper to taste

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix
well. Chill 2 hours. Serve with crackers or
toast.
