SMOKED SALMON PARTY DIP

serves 6

6 oz. salmon
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. sherry
2 drops Colgin Pecan Liquid Smoke

Combine all ingredients in blender for 30 seconds. Transfer to bowl and refrigerate for
2 hours. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
