OYSTER-CORN BAKE

serves 8

1 cup oysters,diced and drained
2 cups whole kernel corn
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup half-half
1 egg,beaten
1 tsp. paprika
1 cup crackers crumbs
1 cup cream of celery soup
1/8 tsp. Colgin Pecan Liquid Smoke
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients together except cracker crumbs. Transfer to baking dish; top with cracker crumbs. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
