4 lbs beef ribs
2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon ground garlic
1 teaspoon basil
2 teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE
7 tablespoon peaunit oil
1 and ½ tablespoon red-wine vinegar
Cut ribs into 3 inch pieces. Combine the marinade in large bowl. In long baking dish place the ribs, and pour the marinade over beef, cover and leave in refrigerator over night, turning occasionally. Heat oven to 325F, place ribs on baking rack in oven, baste occasionally with marinade. Cook for 1 to 2 hours.
