ELEGANT BEEF CASSEROLE

serves 4

4 cups roast beef,cut in cubes
1 cup tomato juice
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. curry powder
1 cup cooked fettucini
1/2 cup red wine
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 tsp.Colgin Pecan liquid smoke
salt and pepper to taste
3 tbs. olive oil

In skillet heat oil and saute beef with liquid
smoke. Simmer on low heat 10-15 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients,except cheese. Transfer to baking dish. Bake in oven at 350
degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven and top
with cheese, return to oven and bake 10-15
minutes.
