SUN-DRIED TOMATO DIP

1/2 cup sun-dried tomatos,packed in olive oil
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped black olives
1/4 cup chopped white onion
1/8 tsp. Colgin Pecan liquid smoke

Combine all ingredients in bowl. Mix well.
Good on crackers or stuffed in celery. Makes 2 cups.
