2 english muffins
4 slices ham
1 cup creamed spinach
1 cup hollandaise sauce
1/4 tsp. Colgin Pecan liquid smoke
Spray baking dish with cooking spray. Place
muffins in dish, brush ham with liquid smoke;
place ham on muffins;top with creamed spinach and poached egg. Cook hollandaise sauce as directed on package. Pour over muffins. Add cilantro. Serve warm.
