LUNCH IN A DISH

serves 4

1 lb. ground sirloin
4 cups potatoes,sliced
2 cups white onions,chopped
4 oz.mushrooms,sliced
1 [14oz.] can creamed corn
1 [14oz.] can mushroom soup
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/8 tsp. Colgin hickory liquid smoke
salt and pepper to taste

In skillet saute beef with liquid smoke. Drain.
Combine corn,soup,mushrooms,onions,salt and pepper in saucepan heat 3-4 minutes. Transfer beef to baking dish,top with potatoes. Pour soup mixture over potatoes. Bake at 325F for 1-2 hours. Remove from oven and top with cheese. Bake 3-4 minutes.
