SAUSAGE AND NOODLE CASSEROLE

serves 4

1 lb. Italian sausages; cut into cubes
4 cups cooked noodles
1 cup corn flakes crumbs
1 cup sliced green apples
1 cup apple cider
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp.Colgin apple liquid smoke

In skillet brown sausage with liquid smoke.
Drain. Lay noodles in baking dish;add sausages
and apples. Combine apple cider and cinnamon;
pour over sausages and top with corn flakes
crumbs. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20-30
minutes.
