4 lbs. pork ribs
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1 cup soy sauce
1 tbs brown sugar
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. Colgin’s apple liquid smoke
salt and pepper to taste
In saucepan combine all ingredients together
except ribs. Simmer on low heat 5 minutes.
Arrange ribs in baking dish; pour mixture over
ribs.Marinade for 30 minutes.Bake in oven 350 degrees 1-2 hours or until done.
