Smoked Briney Chicken

whole chicken roaster cut up
1/3 Cup kosher salt
1/4 cup sugar
3 tbls Peppercorn
5 Bay leaves
1 Tbls fresh thyme
5 stalks fresh rosemary
1/2 Cup fresh parsley
6 Cups water
1 Tbls Colgin Liquid Smoke
splash vinegar
splash white wine

A very simple preperation for this dish. Simply combined ingredients and soak chicken overnight. Smoke over woodchips of your liking(cedar is my favorite). Serve with sides of your choice.
