Smoked Salmon Chowder

serves 6

1 can[14.50]pink salmon,drained
1 can[10.50]chicken broth
1/2 cup green onion,chopped
1 cup chopped white potatoes
3 cups half and half
1 tbs.basil
1 tbs chopped cilantro
1/4 cup dry sherry
1/4 tsp. Colgin pecan liquid smoke
salt and pepper to taste

In large saucepan bring broth to boil. Reduce heat.Add potatoes,salt,pepper and green onions.When potatoes are done add salmon mixed with liquid smoke to broth.Slowly add half and half to broth.Add sherry, mix well and top with basil and cilantro.
