Smoked Turkey with Salsa

serves 6-8

1-turkey breast
1 tbs. Colgin mesquite liquid smoke
salt and pepper to taste

In baking dish; baste turkey with liquid smoke.
Add salt and pepper. cover with foil and bake in oven at 325 degrees about 1 hour.

Salsa:

1 large can crushed pineapple,drained
1 cup white raisins
1/2 yellow pepper,seeded and diced
1 green onion, chopped
2 tbs. chopped mint
1 tbs. lemon juice

In bowl combine all ingredients and serve with
smoked turkey.
