Salmon Steaks

serves 4 salmon steaks
1 tsp. lime juice
1 tbs, dried basil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3 tbs. olive oil
2 tsp. Colgin hickory liquid smoke
salt and pepper to taste

Combine oil, garlic,basil,lime juice,liquid smoke,
salt and pepper together in bowl.Brush the salmon
steaks with the mixture. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Grill steaks about 4-5 minutes on each side, brush
with more mixture when turning the salmon.
