VENISON BOLOGNA

serves 10-12
5 lb. ground venison
¼ cup quick tender salt
½ cup vegetable oil
1 and ½ teaspoon garlic salt
1 and ½ teaspoon hickory salt
½ teaspoon onion salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE

Instructions:
Mix together all ingredients. Divide and pack into 3 bread pans. Bake for 2 hours at 300F. Drain off grease while hot. Cool and freeze.
