SAUCY BEANS AND FRANKS

Makes 2 servings.

Ingredients:
1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1/3 cup ketchup
2 vegetarian hot dogs, sliced into
¼-inch rounds
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon light molasses
1 teaspoon brown rice vinegar or balsamic vinegar
½ teaspoon onion granules
¼ teaspoon dry mustard
A few drops of COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE

Instructions:
Place all the ingredients in a medium saucepan and gently stir them together. Simmer the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until hot and bubbly. Serve immediately.
