SPICY SMOKED SHRIMP

Makes 4 servings.

2 lb. raw shrimp
1 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons ground garlic
1/4 cup chopped green onions
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoons basil
1/2 teaspoons oregano
1/8 teaspoons COLGIN NATURAL HICKORY LIQUID SMOKE
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Peel and devein shrimp. In stain-less steel skillet, melt butter with oil. Add green onions with spices and saute 1 minute. Add shrimp and Liquid Smoke. Cook 2-4 minutes until shrimp is done. Transfer to bowl and add lemon juice. Toss to coat.
