PLAIN-OLD BAKED TURKEY

1 big ol`gobbler
Margarine, softened
Garlic salt
COLGIN’S NATURAL LIQUID SMOKE
Onions
Celery (with leaves)
Broiling bag

Instructions:
  Mix margarine with garlic salt and liquid smoke. Rub between skin and meat of bird. Take out giblets (this is important, because if you leave them in, your family will make fun of you for the next 20 Thanksgivings). Place onions and celery inside turkey. Cook inside broiling bag until done. Set the oven on 250F and bake it overnight.
